Eleven by Venus: Intrepid Looks We Love

Eleven Intrepid Collection

Since her sister Serena has withdrawn from Indian Wells, Venus will be carrying the Williams’ name in the running for the BNP Paribas Open this month. Venus will be matched up with Juan Martin Del Potro in doubles against Gabrine Muguruza and Kei Nishikori. She played high-powered in Melbourne looking beautiful in her own tennis apparel brand. Now, it’s time to take on spring in the latest from the Eleven by Venus – the Intrepid Collection. I’ve matched two outfits that I’d rock – from some pieces that Venus will be wearing during the tournament!

Women, be on the lookout for relevant and dynamic designs thanks to CEO and Creative Director, Venus! This is a collection that’ll inspire you to make it your own. The possibilities are limitless!  Get the most out of this collection as Venus believes that we should strive for mental and physical activity time! If you approach any match or intention with an intrepid attitude and look, then YOU can make it to the top like Venus!

Venus is a hard working woman. She has several degrees and businesses, and is a world class champ. She’s making her next appearance wearing Eleven’s Excel Tennis Tank, which is a striking top.  This color Boysenberry will wake up early spring tennis lovers.  This beautiful time only comes once a year, so go sleeveless and enjoy the weather.  The long, thick straps are supportive and cross in the back. Being functional is important, so go for the best forehands and backhands in the waist binding detail.  And there’s a double band above the waist!

Venus is giving us options for the bottoms this year! This is my choice that I’d pair with the Excel Tank. The Women’s Tennis Third and Short in black will be your best friend during stretching! The elastic waistband is thick enough to keep you secure while bending over.  The poly-spandex blend compression shorts underneath breathe and were made for comfort.  So I don’t have to be afraid of anything jiggling when doing plyometrics, sprints, or open leg stretches.  I’m a shorts girl – all the time, so I’d wear these off the court and while I’m training to get match ready.  My favorite part is the contrast binding that closes out the athletic look!

The next top is one of my favorites. I can already see myself in it!  Upgrade the white tee and sit pretty in the Intensity Short Sleeve.  I’m a sucker for ruching and the Power Mesh Back is an answer to my prayers.  Not only is it lady-like, but the mesh is so soft.  It’s great visually.  So go ahead, slip it on and get intense!

Be prepared with the most innovative apparel on the market. Just looking at the 14 Inch Jammin Skort makes me want to play tennis right now! I’m choosing to pair this with the Intensity Top because it’s beautifully constructed.  The skirt stays low in the fastest of games because of the A-line shape as the flowy hem brings the energy.  The stitching also makes a beautiful silhouette.  This piece is crafted to be breathable, lightweight and wrinkle resistant, so it can go with you anywhere, which I love.  Show up ready to perform to your highest potential without a doubt!

We’ve already seen this next Williams’ print at Indian Wells, too! She’ll complete her outfits with the Finish Line Tennis Jacket in Intrepid print. It’s almost a 90s inspired geometrical print.  This full zip jacket is daring.  It’s active wear that fits any lifestyle.  Imagine being seen in this at the park, gym, or taking a swing on the court.  Thumbholes keep loose material away for a clean grip on the racquet.  Plus, no annoying material rubbing at collar bones or causing the jacket to fall open- thanks to the stand up collar!   Look and play your best, comfortably, in the exclusive Space Dye fabric blend.

It’s going to be exciting to see these new colors and another performance from Venus during Indian Wells but if you want to see or own the rest of the Intrepid Collection, just click your way to TennisExpress.com and check it out!
