You already know about their racquets but let’s go beyond that to explore Wilson’s bright and bold new styles that true tennis players will love! Their summer collection update is scientific and up-to-the-minute. For players that want an athletic fit and aerodynamic experience then the Ladder Back Athletic Tank is one you could rock! Some days when I hit the court I want nothing holding me down! My game is energized by the nasturtium color that is a perfect match with the Wilson Rush Pro 2.5 and Amplifeel tennis shoes. The straps lead to a delicate crossed back design that’s perfect for breathability, and an overall flattering look. Put fun into your sports life with these straps and built-in bra so you can really go in on that victory dance! Wilson incorporated nanowik moisture technology to make sure you play comfortably without awkward cold sweats. Stay cool from sweat before that can even happen because of that cool amplicool technology! This is an innovative top to try for sure!
The summer collection comes with unique skort options. My favorite that I’d pair with the last top is the Woven Panel Skort. I am a huge fan of gray and the faux wrap adds a little funk and style with colorblocking on the right side. The high waistband lends ample coverage when bending over to pick up tennis balls after drills. The 12.5 inch skort has a classic fit with an A-line silhouette. Use this skort any time and every time because this skort comes in two color options – Nasturium and Rose Violet.
For a tank with more coverage that will still helps with range of motion is the Star Straited Tank. This style was a pretty piece you may remember from Wilson’s spring collection! Well it is back in Pearl Gray and Rose Violet with the same sweat wicking technology. A straighted scoop neck lets you complete that follow through with pleated shoulders. Wearing this while swinging is pleasant because the bonded princess seams are smooth on your skin! The multicolor dash pattern on the front is fun and pretty popular here at Tennis Express– this print is familiar but unique!
You could pair the last tank with the Star Ruffle Woven Skort. This skort’s colors are starry and sweet for summer. The color blocking makes each hue stand out, and so will you wearing this during play! It has a flattering silhouette that you can enjoy while jumping after shots. The laser cut ruffles give you cool, curved details that pop, along with the silver Wilson “W” logo. The orange of the 12.5 inch skort brings out the slashes of orange in the lovely Star Straighted Top. How worry free is it that you can run as much as you want and not show too much with built-in shorts underneath; plus remain chaif free, ladies, because of no-sew laser bonded seams. Just like the top before!
Wilson’s also thought about those that want to be sporty and stylish but still need to keep warm. If my brother and I hit together, there’s a big chance we’re finding food afterwards. So to slip over a tank, and to warm back up comfortably, I’d wear the Three Quarter Sleeve Zip Neck Top. I’m glad they made it in the Nasturium color because for me it’s actually easier to match with my wardrobe if I want to dress in this outside the summer collection. The top is functional with the sleeve length sitting just above the wrists and the long front zipper is added for enhanced ventilation. My absolute favorite part of this, besides the nanoWIK technology is the flat lock stitching that reduces irritation at the neck! That’s a huge pet peeve of mine that I don’t have to worry about!!
